Iceman Cometh Challenge 2024: Info, Gear, Resources

This year's iceman cometh challenge is right around the corner!

The unofficial end of the season race and Midwest favorite, the Iceman Cometh Challenge, is gearing up to be once-again a fantastic day of racing, spectating, and partying in the northern woods of Michigan. With thousands of pros, amateurs, beginners, and spectators in attendance, it is certainly an experience not to be missed. The Course

Like previous years, the 2024 Iceman Cometh Challenge course is looking to be fast and furious and includes a dynamic variety of single track and two track, starting in Kalkaska, MI and ending Timber Ridge Resort in Traverse City. At just over 30 miles, expect a some of the familiar segments that have made Iceman famous - Williamsburg Rd, VASA Pathway, and Woodchip Hill just to name a few. Like any racing situation, the name of the game will be preparation and speed - being sure you are ready for anything thrown at you in the cast of a puncture or other mechanical situation.
