KOM Cycling LLC Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty KOM Cycling LLC is committed to providing high-quality cycling accessories and stands behind the durability and performance of our products. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage If a KOM Cycling product is found to be defective within the warranty period, KOM Cycling will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts; or

  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished item of equal or greater value; or

  • Provide a store credit or refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.

Exclusions This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.

  • Damage due to improper installation, misuse, neglect, or abuse.

  • Modifications or alterations made to the product.

  • Damage resulting from crashes, accidents, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.

  • Loss or theft of the product.
